Order Checker system
We have added a new feature to this site for customers to check the status of their orders. All current orders are now added to the system and can be viewed on the Order Checker page.
SHIPPING IMMINENTLY means your order is about ready to ship and will do so within the next 7 days barring any problems. SCHEDULED TO SHIP SHORTLY means the order is being finalized and packed and will be added to the Shipping imminently queue shortly. IN PROGRESS means the order is being created by us and will enter the shipping queue once completed. Snowglobes also require an additional wait period for testing for waterproofing and sealing. PENDING means there is a delay of some kind, and we aim to make all our clients aware of any pending issues personally. :)
All clients can of course contact us to find out more information if they wish. If you purchased from us directly, please use the information on the contact us page. If you purchased from a venue like eBay, Etsy, etc. it is best to contact us about those orders through the site you bought from.
